      NOT-OLENGHI SALAD MASTERCLASS
Fresh ingredients combined for the ‘burst of flavour’

In this masterclass, we will demonstrate 2 salad recipes inspired by one of our chefs biggest influences in the kitchen, Yotam Ottolenghi. The ethos of this workshop is that ‘Vegetables shouldn’t be an afterthought’. The result of which are dishes that are bursting with flavour; using imaginative ingredient combinations never before thought of.

Our chef William will introduce you to new ingredients and we will taste and discuss flavour combinations that are central to the ‘burst of flavour’ techniques that run through this particular method of cooking and you will experience the ‘burst of flavour’ when tasting these dishes. We will show and discuss the importance of keeping to the recipes and adding ingredients at the right stage as well as other useful tips essential to Vegan and Vegetarian cooking.

Once the demonstration has finished, you will be able to sample the salads made in a special two course set lunch menu made entirely from Ottolenghi inspired recipes.
