RedPod Arts is an exciting arts hub at the heart of The Clay Factory offering a place for artists and creatives to come together. We provide studio space for artists to rent, as well as open studio space for new and emerging artists, with exhibition and workshop space available onsite. RedPod Arts aims to put Ivybridge and the South West firmly on the map as an exciting destination for artists and art enthusiasts!
HOW WE STARTED
An artist led initiative
RedPod Arts was started in 2016 as a collaboration between local abstract & mixed media artist Carly Jones & The Clay Factory. The idea was simple, to create a diverse, contemporary & accessible hub for the arts – before we knew it we had the studios built and the first wave of artists had moved in.
RedPod Arts was officially launched in September 2016 as part of Plymouth Art Weekender, opening our doors to the public for the first time and joining what is widely regarded as a true renaissance of the arts in South Devon.
